We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administration & Governance Support Officer to join our dedicated team.

In this pivotal role, you will provide vital administrative and governance support to both the General Manager and the Board, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective compliance. You will be the friendly first point of contact for families and visitors, while also managing Board packs, minutes, registers, and compliance reporting. With responsibilities ranging from office administration and database management through to finance data entry, this role is the backbone that helps our organisation run seamlessly.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Provide reception and general office administration support.
  • Prepare agendas, Board packs, and accurate minutes.
  • Maintain databases and registers with precision and care.
  • Support compliance reporting to regulators (ACNC, ASIC, etc.).
  • Assist with accommodation bookings, events, and grants administration.
  • Undertake finance data entry into MYOB (invoices, receipts, payments).
  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager.

What You Bring

  • At least 2 years’ experience in administration and board/governance support.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook; Office 365 desirable).
  • Excellent written communication and minute-taking skills.
  • Experience in database management and general finance data entry (MYOB desirable).
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
