POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Membership & Administration Coordinator to join our WA Team in a full-time permanent capacity.

This role is responsible for coordinating the Copland Leadership Program, organising member-based Trustee events, liaising with members and providing administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage IMIS membership database and updating information of new and existing members, including member subscription and resignations.
  • Work closely with the Membership Engagement Manager in driving membership retention and engagement activities.
  • Manage and organise Trustee events and Copland Leadership Program.
  • Assist Event Coordinator in organising public events as required.
  • Assist the State Director in the coordination of quarterly State Advisory Council meetings and all the administrative requirements.
  • Generate reports on membership retention targets and undertake membership administration processes such as billing, following up debtors, risk identification and scheduling meetings for the State Director as required.
  • Other administrative support as required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful candidate will havethe following key skills and attributes:

  • Previous experience of at least 5 years in an administrative support role, preferably a Membership Coordinator or similar role;
  • Highly organised and has the ability to work proactively with minimal supervision
  • Shows initiative and is a self-starter;
  • Has exceptional customer service skills;
  • High-level use of technology, systems and processes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • High level of accuracy, efficiency, and administrative skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a small team;
  • IT excellence with Microsoft Office suite; experience with IMIS (CEDA’s CRM Database) Adobe Photo Editor and Kentico are desirable.
