Central Coast Community Women’s Health Centre (CCCWHC) is seeking a woman to fill the position of Chief Executive Officer 38 hours a week.

Are you passionate about contributing to the wellbeing of women on the Central Coast? Do you have experience leading health related multidisciplinary teams and/or businesses?

The CCCWHC is looking for a CEO to lead the delivery of contemporary, client focused services. The role will lead the centre through an exciting time where increased funding has created an opportunity to ensure the centre can continue to provide essential services for future generations of Central Coast women.

About the role

Reporting to the Board, this senior leadership role has the authority to lead and oversee a team of workers representing a range of disciplines, across three centres on the Central Coast of NSW, including the service areas: Women’s Health GP Clinic, Case Management, Counselling/groups and Adjunct Childcare.

The CEO will show passion for and commitment to women’s health and feminism and work co-operatively with the Board of Directors and staff to build a collective sense of purpose to achieve the organisation’s objectives.

About you

You will have:

  • A background in health or social services
  • Experience managing a small to medium sized organisation
  • Financial, human resource management, administration, record-keeping and computer skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and advocacy skills
  • Experience writing grants, raising funds and growing the businesses profile in the community
