About the role

The role of Practice Manager for our Family Relationship and Health related programs will oversee the day to day strategic and operational tasks of the programs with focus on the delivery of meaningful and innovative services to our clients. Direct Reports of this position includes Counsellors, Family Dispute Practitioners and varied Allied Health professionals.

This is a Permanent, Full-time position. Practice Manager will be required to travel to sites located across the Diocese of Broken Bay, which includes Central Coast and Northern Sydney locations.

Duties

  • Positive and professional engagement with Direct Reports
  • Achieve the financial objectives of each contract/program by assisting with budgeting etc
  • Meet Contractual objectives of each program by delivering services through developed program standards with the focus on client experience
  • Actively seek, identify, prepare and instigate opportunities for new business and growth areas for CatholicCare Diocese of Broken Bay including identifying resourcing to respond to tendering opportunities.

Skills & experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant area (e.g: Business, Social Work, Welfare, Psychology, Health etc.)
  • Must have experience or extensive knowledge in Allied Health provision and expansion
  • Substantial experience in the Management of multidisciplinary teams, with a strong ability to build effective engaged teams with a positive work culture
  • Demonstrated networking and advocacy skills with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated business acumen, including budgeting and financial management experience, as well as ability to grow business
  • Demonstrated ability to manage crisis situations and make sound decisions under pressure
  • Current NSW Driver’s Licence and access to an insured vehicle
