Your new role

The Director of Regional Services is a senior role responsible for the integrated leadership, performance, and sustainability of Carpentaria's service operations across Central Australia, spanning Supported Independent Living (SIL), Children and Youth Services, including Intensive Therapeutic Care (ITRC) and Individual Placement Arrangement (IPA), and Allied Health (Therapy Services).

The ideal candidate

• Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Community Services, or a related discipline
• Demonstrated senior leadership experience in disability services, allied health, out-of-home care, or related human services settings, with a track record of driving performance across complex, multi-program environments
• Strong working knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards, OoHC National Standards, and quality and safeguarding frameworks, including serious incident obligations and NDIS Commission reporting requirements
• Proven operational management capability, including service delivery, risk management, financial accountability, and the ability to work effectively across dual reporting structures and multiple service streams
