CareerTrackers is a nationally recognised non-profit established in 2009, dedicated to providing transformative pathways and robust support for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander university students. Our mission is to empower these students to excel academically, professionally, and personally.
We facilitate structured, multi-year internship programs that connect high-potential students with leading employers across Australia. Through comprehensive coaching, tailored training, and culturally safe support year-round, we prepare students for success at university, in their professional pursuits, and as leaders within their communities.
We are united by a vision for a more equitable Australia - where First Nations students graduate with confidence, capability, and access to meaningful careers. Our team is collaborative, values-led, and committed to excellence in everything we do.
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Partnerships Advisor to join our National Partnerships Team. This role is integral to the sustainable growth and success of the CareerTrackers program, working closely with stakeholders to cultivate and manage relationships across various sectors and industries. The Partnerships Advisor will ensure that our programs remain student-centred and that we continue to provide meaningful internship opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander university students.

You have a strong understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, cultures, and communities. You are collaborative, trustworthy, and an excellent communicator, able to manage relationships at all levels and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
If you’re passionate about making a positive impact and meet the criteria above, we’d love to hear from you. Please click "Apply Now" and submit your resume and cover letter detailing your relevant experience and why you’re the perfect fit for this role.
