THE OPPORTUNITY 

CARE Australia works with communities and partners around the world to save lives, defeat poverty and achieve social justice — with women and girls at the centre of everything we do.

We’re looking for a Contracts & Risk Coordinator to help keep our donor contracts, internal agreements, risk registers and compliance processes on track. You’ll work across teams and Country Offices to coordinate approvals, maintain accurate records and support good governance across CARE Australia’s global programs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Working within our Governance, Risk and Quality team, as our Contracts and Risk Coordinator you will be responsible for:
  • Coordinating review and approval of donor, downstream and internal agreements.
  • Drafting agreements and keeping records up to date in SharePoint and Salesforce.
  • Tracking contract milestones, deadlines, reporting obligations and amendments.
  • Supporting risk registers, mitigation follow-up, compliance checks and audit or accreditation activities.
  • Working with departmental colleagues across CARE Australia and our country offices to keep processes clear, timely and well managed.

About You

You’ll be a great fit if you bring:

  • Experience coordinating contracts, grants or similar agreements.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle priorities without losing accuracy.
  • A proactive, follow-through mindset and confidence working across teams and time zones.
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative, practical approach.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar systems, or the curiosity to learn quickly.
  • An interest in risk, compliance and good governance.
