How to apply
To apply for the Physiotherapist – Cairns position, please submit the following with your application:
- Current resume / CV outlining your qualifications, employment history (with dates), and key responsibilities in each role.
- Cover letter (1–2 pages) telling us:
- Why you are interested in this role and in working with Cardinal Care Support Services
- Your experience working with NDIS participants, people with disability, or people with mental health or chronic conditions
- Your approach to community-based, person-centred physiotherapy
- Your earliest available start date and salary expectations within the advertised range
- Evidence of qualifications and registration (copies are acceptable at application stage):
- Bachelor degree (or higher) in Physiotherapy
- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist (general registration, no conditions or undertakings relevant to practice)
- Current compliance documents (or confirmation you are willing to obtain prior to commencement):
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
- National Police Check
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card) – if held
- Evidence of working rights in Australia (passport, visa grant notice, or citizenship documentation).
- Driver's licence – a copy of a current Australian driver's licence.
- Two professional referees – names, positions and contact details of two recent referees (ideally a current or recent supervisor). Referees will not be contacted without your consent.
