The People, Leadership and Teams (PLT) division provides several strategic and operational services to the organisation. About your opportunity
We are seeking two People Coordinators to join the People, Leadership and Teams Division. Reporting to the People Operations Partner your role is to:
- Deliver a positive and consistent employee experience by responding to enquiries, improving self-service resources and streamlining HR processes and systems.
- Provide high-quality administrative and operational support across the division, helping to keep day-to-day activities and financial processes running smoothly.
- Maintain accurate people systems and workforce data, supporting documentation, reporting and analysis that inform decision-making and compliance.
- Support priority people initiatives by coordinating projects, engaging stakeholders and gathering insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Capture and share knowledge in clear, practical formats to support service continuity and enable consistent support across key processes.
- Build strong working relationships across the organisation through collaborative, values-led communication, professionalism and discretion.
All about you
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience in HR coordination, administration or a similar support role.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office and experience using HRIS or CRM systems to manage workflows and information effectively.
- A strong customer focus, with well-developed communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong organisational and prioritisation skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.

- Salary: $76,411 to $82,291 base salary per annum (pro rata for part-time), commensurate with experience, plus 12% superannuation and 17.5% annual leave loading.
