ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you looking to build a career in quality and continuous improvement while making a genuine difference?

As our Quality & Service Improvement Coordinator, you'll play an important role in helping Caladenia Dementia Care deliver safe, high-quality services for people living with dementia and their carers. Working closely with the Executive Manager and leadership team, you'll help drive continuous improvement across the organisation while developing your skills in quality, compliance and service excellence.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll coordinate quality improvement projects, support incident and feedback management, assist with policy development and accreditation activities, analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement, and help ensure our services continue to meet the highest standards.

Most importantly, you'll see the direct impact of your work. Every improvement you help implement contributes to better experiences and outcomes for the people and families we support.

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for someone who enjoys improving systems, solving problems and helping organisations deliver the best possible outcomes.

You may already have experience in quality, governance, compliance or the community services sector, or you may be ready to take the next step in your career. Most importantly, you're curious, eager to learn, highly organised and enjoy working collaboratively with others to make a meaningful difference.

You'll bring:

  • Experience in aged care, health, disability or community services (desirable).
  • Excellent written communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • The ability to analyse information, identify trends and recommend practical improvements.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • A commitment to person-centred care and organisational excellence.
  • The ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
