At Caladenia Dementia Care, we believe people living with dementia deserve to live with dignity, purpose and connection.
For more than 25 years, we've supported people living with dementia and their carers across Melbourne's eastern suburbs through specialist day programs, respite, carer support, education and community engagement. Every day we help people remain connected to their communities while providing carers with the support they need to continue caring for those they love.
As a not-for-profit organisation, we're committed to continually improving the quality of our services, embracing innovation and creating meaningful outcomes for the people we support. Our values of compassion, respect, collaboration and continuous improvement guide everything we do.
Are you looking to build a career in quality and continuous improvement while making a genuine difference?
As our Quality & Service Improvement Coordinator, you'll play an important role in helping Caladenia Dementia Care deliver safe, high-quality services for people living with dementia and their carers. Working closely with the Executive Manager and leadership team, you'll help drive continuous improvement across the organisation while developing your skills in quality, compliance and service excellence.
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll coordinate quality improvement projects, support incident and feedback management, assist with policy development and accreditation activities, analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement, and help ensure our services continue to meet the highest standards.
Most importantly, you'll see the direct impact of your work. Every improvement you help implement contributes to better experiences and outcomes for the people and families we support.
If you're organised, curious, enjoy solving problems and want to grow your career in quality within a supportive and purpose-driven organisation, we'd love to hear from you.
We're looking for someone who enjoys improving systems, solving problems and helping organisations deliver the best possible outcomes.
You may already have experience in quality, governance, compliance or the community services sector, or you may be ready to take the next step in your career. Most importantly, you're curious, eager to learn, highly organised and enjoy working collaboratively with others to make a meaningful difference.
If you don't meet every criterion but believe you'd be a great fit, we'd still love to hear from you.
At Caladenia Dementia Care, we value our people and are committed to helping you succeed. In return for your contribution, you'll enjoy:
We're looking for someone with potential, curiosity and a genuine desire to make a difference. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
