The Children’s Programs includes many programs including Early Years, Home Interaction Program for Parents and Youngsters (HIPPY), Connie Benn Community Team, Integrated Centres and Community Impact – Frankston North and Mernda.
The primary purpose of this role is to enable the Children’s Programs to deliver on its objectives and priority initiatives, as outlined in the 2019-2023 Strategic Plan by leading the development of key practice area frameworks and documentation of practice guides, influence Children’s service design, working in place common planning approach, partnership opportunities and engagement, and service innovation.
This is a full time position working 38 hours per week.
Salary will be in the range of $68,789.76 - $71,898.32 per annum , based on skills and experience plus superannuation. Attractive salary packaging provisions are available to increase take home pay.
