Ready to make a difference? Use your skills to empower individuals and build a more just society with BSL.
As the Senior Manager Disability Services Projects, your role is pivotal in driving innovation, service improvement, and disability system reform within the Brotherhood of St. Laurence's Disability Services portfolio. You are responsible for leading the design, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of strategic projects that enhance outcomes for people with disability, children with developmental concerns, and their families.
In this role, you will lead the development of new service models, project plans, resources, and initiatives that test innovative approaches to disability service delivery. You will work collaboratively with people with disability, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to co-design solutions, influence service direction, and support the implementation of emerging reforms within the NDIS and broader disability sector.
