Job Type: Permanent Full-Time working 38 hours per week
Salary: $90,962.92 - $97,875.15 per annum, based on skills and experience plus 12% superannuation.
As a Development Coach at the Fitzroy Thrive Hub, you’ll play a vital role in empowering local community members impacted by structural barriers to take meaningful steps toward employment and education. You’ll be the first point of connection—welcoming participants, building trust, and guiding them to the services and supports they need to thrive.
Using an Advantaged Thinking approach, you’ll recruit and engage individuals, helping them unlock their potential through personalised coaching and hands-on group learning experiences. You’ll support them in identifying career goals, overcoming personal barriers, and accessing the right resources—from mental health services to training opportunities.
