• Part-time (3 days/week) position
• Work from home with capacity to travel to Macquarie Park and other sites as required
• $85k - $90k + super + salary package (pro-rata)

Your new challenge

You will manage the tender process from opportunity identification to submission. You will coordinate working groups of subject matter experts to increase the likelihood of success in securing new funding opportunities.

Critical to your success will be leveraging our practice, research, and evaluation expertise and translating it into effective tender responses.

You'll experience very busy times, with tight turnarounds on government tenders requiring all hands on deck and calmer periods when you can catch up on other projects like building out our content library or take time in lieu.

About you

As a talented writer you have:

• Experience in a professional writing role ideally as a tender or bid writer or philanthropy submissions
• Ability to adapt your writing style to the audience using plain English
• Capacity to engage with stakeholders and guide them to the successful submission of a tender
• Experience in community services or not for profit an advantage
