Join a Women’s Organisation That Values You

  • Are you passionate about working for a women’s organisation that prioritises learning, professional development, and a culturally safe and inclusive workplace?
  • Would you thrive as part of a small, supportive, and collaborative team?
  • If you enjoy learning, bring a positive outlook and a can-do attitude, you’ll feel right at home with our dedicated and welcoming team.

We offer a range of benefits including:

  • Ongoing professional development opportunities
  • Regular clinical supervision
  • Generous salary packaging
  • 5 weeks annual leave

In this position, you’ll be providing case management services to women across the Sydney Metropolitan Area. Our offices are located in Edgecliff and Darlinghurst.

If you’re committed to supporting women in recovery and motivated to make a meaningful difference, we’d love to hear from you. We pride ourselves on being a great place to work—where your wellbeing, development, and cultural safety are valued just as much as the care you provide to the women we support.

We are an Equal Opportunity Employer; Employer of Choice for Women.

We are committed to building a culturally safe and inclusive workforce and strongly encourage applications from Aboriginal women, women from culturally and linguistically diverse communities, and women living with a disability.
