The BGKLLEN is currently seeking a Committee of Management Member, who is passionate about supporting youth to be better equipped, skilled and knowledgeable, and has the skills and qualifications in financial management and accounting to undertake the role of Treasurer.

About us

The Bayside Glen Eira Kingston Local Learning & Employment Network (BGKLLEN), located in Cheltenham, is a small incorporated organisation that believes good things happen when communities invest in their young people.

BGKLLEN creates and facilitates strategic, sustainable partnerships that help build the capacity of young people to attend education, build positive relationships with educators and industry and develop the skills they require to move on successfully to the next stage of their life.

BGKLLEN works with all secondary schools across Bayside, Glen Eira and Kingston, tertiary educators and training providers, business and industry, and community agencies.

The BGKLLEN is managed by an Executive Officer and governed by a volunteer Committee of Management who meet 6 times per year, via zoom or in person. BGKLLEN's financial reports are prepared by an external BAS agent.
