We’re seeking a Technology Delivery Consultant with hands-on project management experience who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates with clarity, and delivers with precision.

Key responsibilities

As a Technology Delivery Consultant, you will:

  • Deliver digital, technology, and organisational initiatives that matter - starting with Be You, Australia’s leading mental health in education initiative.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery across platforms, integrations, and enterprise systems.
  • Translate strategy into action.
  • Engage deeply with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to shape and ship solutions.
  • Champion governance that enables, not encumbers.

About you

Essential - To excel in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven hands-on experience in technology delivery / project management (not just oversight).
  • Strong verbal and written communication - clear, concise, and exec-ready.
  • Ability to self-manage, problem-solve, and adapt quickly.
  • Experience across web, apps, APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams (experience and interface design, business analysis, development and QA)
  • A collaborative, resilient mindset with a bias for action.

Highly desirable - Even better and, if you bring:

  • Come from a digital agency or high-velocity delivery background.
  • See governance as a platform for enablement, not paperwork.
  • Know how to drive delivery momentum in a collaborative NFP environment.
