For more than 25 years, people in Australia have turned to Beyond Blue as a trusted source of mental health support, advice and hope.
We are one of Australia’s most well-known, trusted, and visited mental health organisations. We never take this for granted. With that comes a deep responsibility to listen, to understand people’s needs and aspirations, and to ensure they are at the heart of everything we do.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a high-profile, purpose-driven organisation. Reporting to the CEO, the Head of People & Culture leads the people strategy that enables Beyond Blue’s 230+ headcount to deliver our vision and community impact.
As a trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive team, you will be key to Beyond Blue being a high-performing, psychologically safe workplace, lead organisational change, and strengthen culture. You will ensure the People & Culture function delivers both exceptional day-to-day support and strategic, expert advice so Beyond Blue is resilient and responsive to the changing needs of our people, operating environment, and the community.
You are a values-driven People & Culture leader who loves setting people up to succeed. You combine strategic depth, compassion and business acumen, and are happy to roll up your sleeves when necessary.
You bring broad expertise across the people lifecycle and have driven excellent outcomes in complex environments. You navigate change and communicate with clarity and confidence. You can combine executive influence with practical delivery and know how to turn strategy into meaningful people outcomes.
Above all, you are committed to building inclusive, high-performing workplace cultures where people feel they belong and thrive.
