Working within a high-performing Marketing & Fundraising team, you will play a key role in the growth and performance of a diverse Individual Giving portfolio including appeals, regular giving, gifts in wills, community fundraising and workplace giving.

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Planning, Operations & Fundraising, you will help shape and deliver evidence-based fundraising strategies that grow supporter engagement and sustainable revenue.

Bringing together strategic thinking, campaign delivery, supporter insight and innovation, you will strengthen Wesley Mission's Individual Giving program and help more people access the services they need.

What you'll be doing

  • Contribute to the growth and performance of Wesley Mission's Individual Giving portfolio, with a particular focus on strengthening and expanding regular giving.
  • Grow, retain and deepen supporter engagement across the giving journey
  • Manage a diverse portfolio including appeals, regular giving, gifts in wills, community fundraising and workplace giving
  • Develop compelling cases for support, fundraising propositions and supporter journeys
  • Use supporter insights and data to create more relevant, engaging experiences that strengthen fundraising outcomes
  • Partner with digital and marketing teams to drive fundraising growth
  • Monitor campaign performance, revenue outcomes and supporter response to continually improve results
  • Manage agency and supplier relationships
  • Identify new opportunities, emerging trends and innovative fundraising approaches
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver integrated supporter experiences

About you

You are a strategic and growth-focused fundraising professional who understands both strategy and execution and enjoys turning supporter insights into measurable results.

You enjoy working across multiple fundraising channels and are motivated by achieving meaningful outcomes for supporters and beneficiaries alike.

You'll bring:

  • Significant experience within fundraising
  • A proven ability to grow fundraising revenue by attracting new supporters, building lasting relationships and encouraging deeper engagement over time
  • Experience across appeals, regular giving and gifts in wills, with exposure to community and workplace fundraising highly regarded
  • Experience developing and delivering multi-channel fundraising campaigns
  • Strong campaign planning and project management skills
  • Experience using CRM systems, supporter segmentation and fundraising analytics
  • Knowledge of digital fundraising and marketing automation platforms
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills
  • A collaborative leadership style and commitment to continuous improvement
