Working within a high-performing Marketing & Fundraising team, you will play a key role in the growth and performance of a diverse Individual Giving portfolio including appeals, regular giving, gifts in wills, community fundraising and workplace giving.

Reporting to the Head of Planning, Operations & Fundraising, you will help shape and deliver evidence-based fundraising strategies that grow supporter engagement and sustainable revenue.
Bringing together strategic thinking, campaign delivery, supporter insight and innovation, you will strengthen Wesley Mission's Individual Giving program and help more people access the services they need.
You are a strategic and growth-focused fundraising professional who understands both strategy and execution and enjoys turning supporter insights into measurable results.
You enjoy working across multiple fundraising channels and are motivated by achieving meaningful outcomes for supporters and beneficiaries alike.
