Reporting directly to the CEO, GI Cancer Trials is seeking a proactive and hands-on Operations Coordinator to support the CEO and wider organisation across a range of administrative, operational and executive support activities. Acting as a central point of coordination, you will keep the organisation running smoothly through office management, stakeholder liaison, calendar and travel coordination, event support, governance administration and day-to-day operational assistance.
This is a varied, "jack-of-all-trades" role suited to someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, taking initiative and supporting a high-performing team wherever needed. Working closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders, you will gain exposure across the whole organisation, with potential opportunities for professional growth and increased responsibility over time.
