The Governance and Executive Support Officer supports the team in delivering strong governance, strategic planning and effective organisational operations. The role provides high‑quality support to the Board and Senior Leadership Team, contributes to risk, compliance and complaints management, and assists with strategy, business planning and the improvement of business processes to ensure Common Equity operates efficiently and in line with best practice.
