MS Plus is one of Australia’s leading for-purpose organisations supporting people living with multiple sclerosis and other neurological conditions. For more than 70 years, MS Plus, one of Australia’s leading sources of information, advice and support services, has created direct and measurable impact for people living with MS, their families and their community across Victoria, New South Wales, ACT and Tasmania.
Driven by a vision of empowering people to live well, MS Plus also plays a critical role in funding research to help find a cure for MS.
This is a rare opportunity to lead and shape the fundraising future of a highly respected national organisation at a pivotal time of growth and transformation.
Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer and a key member of the Executive Team, the General Manager, Fundraising will lead the delivery and evolution of MS Plus’ fundraising strategy, with a strong focus on income growth, diversification, innovation and performance.
You will lead a multi-disciplinary fundraising team across Individual Giving, Gifts in Wills, Major Donors, Corporate Partnerships, Events and Retail. This is a leadership role focused on driving organisational performance and growth, where you will actively contribute to major donor engagement, pipeline growth, campaign performance and partnership development.
Working closely with executive stakeholders across brand, engagement, digital, data and client experience, you will help build a future-focused fundraising function that supports both services and research outcomes.
You are a passionate fundraising leader with a strong track record of building sustainable revenue growth across multiple fundraising channels.
You bring strong leadership capability, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to balance organisational oversight with hands-on delivery. You are comfortable leading teams through growth and transformation while maintaining strong donor relationships and building a culture of fundraising across an organisation.
If you are an experienced fundraising leader ready to drive growth and lead a high-performing team making a meaningful difference, apply now by submitting a CV and Cover Letter outlining your suitability for the role and why you’d love to work with MS Plus.
