MS Plus is one of Australia’s leading for-purpose organisations supporting people living with multiple sclerosis and other neurological conditions. For more than 70 years, MS Plus, one of Australia’s leading sources of information, advice and support services, has created direct and measurable impact for people living with MS, their families and their community across Victoria, New South Wales, ACT and Tasmania.
Driven by a vision of empowering people to live well, MS Plus also plays a critical role in funding research to help find a cure for MS.
This is a newly created opportunity for a Data & Analytics specialist to play a pivotal role in shaping how fundraising data is used to inform decision-making.
Sitting within a newly formed leadership structure, you will act as the central point of contact for fundraising data, working closely with senior stakeholders to translate insights into action.
While there is an existing CRM environment and strong data foundations (including prospecting pipelines and wealth screening data), there is also significant opportunity to refine, uplift and bring structure to the way data is used across the team.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys being both hands-on and strategic - balancing day-to-day analysis with longer-term capability building.
You are an analytical and commercially minded data professional who enjoys working closely with stakeholders to solve real business challenges.
You may come from a not-for-profit, fundraising, or commercial (sales/marketing analytics) background, and are comfortable working with CRM data and translating insights into action.
