Looking for a leadership role where your work genuinely impacts people and communities? Common Equity NSW (CENSW) is seeking a motivated and experienced Co‑operative Support Team (CST) Manager to lead a small team supporting community housing co‑operatives across NSW.
CENSW is a unique, Community Housing Provider working with 31 Housing Co‑operatives to deliver safe, secure and affordable housing. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a values‑driven organisation with a strong culture, great work–life balance and a unique, community‑centred housing model.
Reporting to the Head of Co-operative Services (HCS), you will manage a team of three staff supporting 31 Co‑ops and also a portfolio of direct‑managed properties. This role suits someone who excels in people leadership, community engagement and development, problem‑solving and operational oversight.
