We are seeking an experienced and culturally grounded Senior Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Regulatory Process Navigator to lead a team dedicated to supporting Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Peoples through our regulatory processes.
This is a full-time, permanent position and is open to applicants based in any Ahpra office location nationally.
As the Senior Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Regulatory Process Navigator, you will lead a team dedicated to supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples through Ahpra's regulatory processes.
Working across notifications, compliance, monitoring and legal functions, you will provide leadership, cultural guidance and operational oversight to ensure Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Peoples in contact with regulatory processes experience culturally safe, respectful and accessible supports. You will also play a key role in driving continuous improvement, strengthening anti-racism initiatives and embedding culturally safe practices across Regulatory Operations.
You are an experienced leader with strong cultural knowledge, lived experience and a commitment to improving outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples.

Experience within regulatory, compliance, complaints-handling or legal environments will be highly regarded.
