At BaptistCare, we believe great care starts with smart, efficient systems that support our people to do their best work. As we come together as one newly unified national organisation, we’re looking for a Business Efficiency Lead to play a pivotal role in strengthening performance, productivity and sustainability across our Residential Aged Care and Retirement Living services.
This is a high impact, strategic role where your work will directly support quality care, regulatory compliance and better outcomes for residents across Australia.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of operational improvement—working alongside senior leaders and frontline teams to simplify processes, optimise workforce models and ensure funding and compliance requirements are met without compromising care quality.
You’ll combine data, insight and influence to remove inefficiencies, embed continuous improvement and help our teams focus on what matters most: supporting people to live with dignity and choice!
If you enjoy problem solving, collaborating with passionate leaders, and driving improvements that directly support frontline care teams, this is a unique and rewarding opportunity to make your mark.
You’ll drive efficiency and productivity across Residential Aged Care and Retirement Living, simplifying processes and reducing administrative burden so teams can focus on great care. You’ll optimise workforce models, strengthen compliance with care minutes and ANACC requirements, and turn funding and data into practical, sustainable operating solutions. Partnering closely with leaders, you’ll deliver change initiatives that stick—using clear insights, strong change management and trusted advice to improve performance, compliance and technology outcomes.
If you’re driven by improvement, motivated by purpose, and ready to shape how care is delivered at scale—we’d love to hear from you!
Apply now and help us build a stronger, more sustainable future for aged care.
