Ballarat Hospice Care Inc. (BCHI) is a highly respected community organisation dedicated to providing specialist palliative care and support to people with life-limiting illnesses, their families and carers across the Ballarat region.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Board, the Chief Executive Officer will provide strategic and values-based leadership across the organisation, ensuring the delivery of our Strategic Plan, organisational sustainability and ongoing service excellence.

You will help shape BCHI's future direction, further strengthen key partnerships, advocate for the needs of the community, and ensure our organisation remains sustainable, independent and well-positioned to deliver exceptional care into the future.

• Demonstrated Executive leadership experience, within healthcare, community services, aged care or the not-for-profit sector
