Business Development & Community Engagement Officer

AYA Home and Community Services
  • Location: Sunshine, Melbourne (flexible, some community travel required)
  • Hours: Casual (approx. 3 - 4 hours, 2–3 days per week)

About Us

At AYA Home and Community Services, we believe true care goes beyond practical support; it’s about creating meaningful connections. As an NDIS-registered provider, we focus on supporting Australia’s immigrant and CALD (Culturally and Linguistically Diverse) communities by matching participants with culturally aligned support workers who understand their language, background, and values.

A portion of our profits goes back into the community through our not-for-profit partner, AusUnityAid, a not-for-profit social enterprise empowering multicultural and CALD communities. AusUnityAid delivers culturally responsive care, educational opportunities, youth leadership programs, mental health advocacy, and digital literacy training.
