Join a small team providing personalised care for a ventilated quadriplegic customer with complex support needs. This is meaningful, hands on work where strong clinical skills and consistency truly matter.

Availability is essential: This role operates on a rotating roster across Monday to Sunday (24/7) If you can offer full availability, we’d love to hear from you.

Shifts include:

  • Mornings: 6am to 1pm
  • Evenings: 11am to 9.30pm
  • Active overnights: 9pm to 6am

What You’ll Do:

You'll be part of one person's daily life to live safely, confidently and independently

  • Personal care (bowel and catheter support)
  • Medication administration
  • Manual handling (including three-person transfers)
  • Domestic assistance and home support
  • Social and Community support
  • Ventilator and tracheostomy care (after training and competency assessment)

We’ll support you with paid training, buddy shifts, and clinical guidance so you feel confident before working independently.

What You Need:

  • A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • A NDIS Worker Screening check (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Ability to work mornings, evenings, and overnights across the week
  • Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, Mental Health, or Community Services
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
