About the role

Our Volunteer Recruitment team helps make our recruitment activities the best they can be and as easy as possible to create a great experience for everyone involved.

The team has a lot to get done to get our volunteers engaged across the country. On a daily basis you will be placing ads, completing pre-start checks, preparing offers and setting them up in our Volunteer Management system.

What you’ll bring

• Strong administrative skills and database experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage compliance systems, including police check systems
• A strong communicator and ability explain policy and process
• Extensive ability to train and build the capacity of others in systems and processes
• Great interpersonal skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
• Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking
• Experience working with and supporting volunteers and/or members
