You will be responsible for engaging with children and young people to develop a nurturing, positive relationship and to assist each young person to develop parenting capacity and individual well-being.
You will also be responsible for ensuring a safe, secure, predictable and therapeutic environment that is youth friendly, child focused and meets the individual needs of all families engaging in YPP.
Be part of one of the largest humanitarian organisations and know that the work that you do will help improve outcomes for vulnerable people. Red Cross offers generous salary packaging benefits and flexible working arrangements.
