The opportunity

This is a great opportunity to deliver a customer experience to delight our First Aid and Mental Health Training clients and key stakeholders.

As our Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to phone calls and email enquiries.
  • Assessing customer needs in line with our services and products.
  • Managing bookings and processing payments.
  • Assisting students with enrolment and understanding course requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate records of training and customer interactions.

What you will bring

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to quickly build rapport with customers and manage difficult conversations calmly and effectively
  • Demonstrated customer service skills in a call centre environment or similar and ability to retain and recall important information.
  • Experience using training management systems and technology and demonstrated knowledge and experience with data management systems and record keeping.
  • Ability to work across tasks, prioritise and manage time effectively, good attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
  • Good aptitude for following communication guidelines, procedures and policies.
