We offer flexible, hybrid work arrangements designed to support balance and collaboration. This role requires the ability to attend an Australian Red Cross office two days per week (your choice of days) – offering a chance to connect and build strong working relationships. For the remaining three days, you’re free to choose where you work.
As the Coordinator – HRIS Data & Reporting, you’ll play a key role in supporting and enhancing our People system, Dayforce. Working closely with the P&C Systems & Data Manager, IT teams, and business stakeholders, you’ll help ensure the accuracy, integrity, and effectiveness of employee data and system processes. From maintaining system configurations and supporting upgrades to troubleshooting issues and improving user experiences, you’ll contribute to delivering reliable and efficient people technology solutions across the organisation.
You’ll be responsible for developing reports, supporting compliance and audit requirements, monitoring data quality, and identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve system functionality. Combining technical capability with strong stakeholder engagement skills, you’ll collaborate across People & Culture, IT, and external vendors to drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhance reporting outcomes, and ensure our people systems effectively support business needs.
You are a detail-oriented and analytical professional who enjoys turning data into meaningful insights and actionable outcomes. With experience working with HRIS platforms—ideally Dayforce, or a similar people management system—you are confident supporting system administration, reporting, data analysis activities and process improvement activities.
You enjoy combining customer service, technology and data management in a fast-paced environment.
