The Customer Care team supports the processing of approximately 5000 community fundraising individual and groups, over 100,000 donations, 20,000 members, 180,000 calls, 85,000 emails and 30,000 first aid course bookings.
The primary role of the Community Support Officer is client, and stakeholder engagement for the day-to-day Red Cross Programs by ensuring the work force is utilised in the most efficient and effective manner. These services are vital to ensure that clients are not at risk of becoming socially isolated.
