Access Sydney Community Transport is seeking a Community Programs Manager to lead our Community Programs Team and join our leadership group. The Community Programs Manager is responsible for leading the development, delivery, and review of client programs, in response to client need, funding requirements and quality standards. This includes managing client programs and a program of consultation with clients and other stakeholders, ensuring relationships with clients are positive and well managed, managing our social media presence, and identifying directions for the future that respond to changes occurring in the Aged Care system, contract requirements and organisational demands.

As a member of the leadership group, the manager will provide high level input into risk management, continuous improvement, strategic and operational planning and business performance advice.

Applicants should have well developed management skills, experience in managing client programs, knowledge of and experience in the Aged Care sector, excellent communication, organisational and logistical skills, and an ability to work with community organisations and people from diverse backgrounds.
