As our new Enterprise Insights and Data Manager, you will lead the provision of system-level data, reporting and insights to business units across Aruma. It will be pivotal in championing a data-led culture, providing business-critical data and insights to drive better-informed decisions regarding service design, delivery and practice.

What success looks like...

  • The data and analytics strategy and framework is in place with clearly defined metrics and KPIs, regular reporting and visualisation through interactive dashboards, co-developed with key stakeholders across the business
  • A program of enterprise insights and data modelling has been established to build new and insightful information, bring context to the market and bring data to life for a range of stakeholders
  • Enterprise insights come from an integrated view of customer, employee, operational, financial and external market information
  • Dashboards, reports and reporting frameworks are supported with the appropriate systems, tools, templates, processes and governance
  • Widespread cultural change in data practices, data use and reliance on insights drives sustainable enhancements to business practice and processes
  • Enterprise insights inform the review and update of Aruma's core product offerings and the development of horizon 2 and 3 strategic thinking

Skills that make you stand out...

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant business discipline or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of ten years senior management experience leading a team to implement a data and analytics strategy and framework
  • Experience working with and improving enterprise-level data systems, architectures and standards
  • Technical skills and database fundamentals including business intelligence system development and implementation. Experience with Azure relational database platform, SQL and Power BI
  • Excellent analytical critical thinking skills and the ability to present statistical information in accessible ways to a range of stakeholders
  • Experience in leading data modelling and segmentation projects
  • Management experience in data privacy and protection protocols
  • Proven track record of building strong working relationships with senior stakeholders and managing through influence rather than direct authority as required
  • Exceptional team leadership skills including flexible leadership in complex and changing environments
  • A demonstrated passion for social change and creating an organisation of influence for the most disadvantaged
