The position is part of the People and Culture Team which is responsible for providing comprehensive Human Resources Services to the organisation which consists of approximately 1,700 employees and 2,300 volunteers. Anglicare Victoria run a number of programs including Integrated Family Services, Family Violence, Kinship Care, Foster Care and Out of Home Care as well as a range of other programs within the Anglicare Victoria scope of practice.
This role will form part of the recruitment team, considering of the recruitment lead, recruitment administrator and 2 recruitment coordinators. The aim of the role will be to provide end to end recruitment support to programs within AV, helping to manage bulk recruitment for new programs and sourcing for difficult to fill roles. The role will involve all elements of the recruitment process, from consulting with line managers to formalise briefs and PD’s, through to advertising, screening interviewing and on boarding of new employees.
We are seeking an experienced recruitment professional with a strong understanding of the Community Services Sector in Victoria. To be successful you will need:
