Preschool Field Offers provide short term guidance and coaching to early childhood educators using a locally responsive approach – inclusive of consultative support, resourcing and practical advice. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Early Childhood Professional for a fixed term part-time (0.8FTE) 12-month position commencing February 2026.

This support assists educators to deliver high quality programs. PSFOs work with early childhood educators to provide inclusive programs that meet the needs of all children.
The program operates within kindergarten programs and does not deliver direct intervention to a child.
A degree in Early Childhood Education with a qualification in Special Education is preferred.
What our people say - “I've genuinely never thought about going to another organisation. The opportunities, the innovation, the commitment to change and working with vulnerable families, young people and communities. It sounds really cliche, but you come into this work to make a difference and you can do that here. We work really hard to make differences in those spaces.”
We will continue to review applications as they come through so please don't delay your application. Applications will close on the closing date unless we hire prior.
Click "Apply Now" and submit your resume with a cover letter that describes your passion for working with Educators in a Early Childhood setting and anything you feel might set your application apart.
