As a House Coordinator in Residential Care at AV, no two days are the same but the overall objective remains consistent; ensuring that the Young People within our care get the best possible support in a safe, nurturing home environment.
To do this House Coordinators provide direct support to Young People, but also support and leadership to the staffing group within the house.
