The State Manager Practice Support position is a senior leadership role that provides oversight, management and practice advice across Anglicare Tasmania’s Disability Services division. The role works closely with the General Manager – Disability Services and State Managers to ensure high quality disability support services are provided to clients through the implementation of Anglicare’s Practice Framework, Policies, plans and other intervention supports.
This role provides critical practice support leadership to ensure the operation of innovative and appropriate programs and support plans to service users according to best practice standards as well as supporting the development and maintenance of a dynamic and competent workforce that can provide active support in accordance with behaviour support plans and other interventions. This will be completed in accordance with the relevant industry standards including NDIS Practice Standards, ISO quality standards and the Australian Childhood Foundation Safeguarding Children standards.
