Anglicare are currently internal applications for a Full Time Permanent Employee Relations Advisor to join our People & Culture Team based in our head office in Fortitude Valley. This role will provide support to our children, youth and families team who provide trauma informed care to the most vulnerable clients in our community from outreach and counselling support to adults and families through to providing in home and out of home care to Women and Young People. We are the people who help people who help people.

Here's the honest truth: being an ER Advisor is incredibly rewarding. You get to make a real difference for our people and our clients every single day. You'll help shape culture, lift engagement, and support others through both the big wins and the tough stuff.

But we also want to be upfront - it's a role with emotional and cognitive depth. You'll be dealing with sensitive matters like investigations into child harm, under-performance, and bullying or harassment, all while keeping your focus on care, fairness, and our values.

If that sounds like a challenge you'd thrive on (and you've got the heart and resilience to match), come talk to us. Let's chat about whether this could be your next adventure.
