Flourish is a place-based, systems change project working alongside young parents, their children and communities to address entrenched disadvantage through a relational approach. As the Flourish Design Lead, you will lead the design and ongoing evolution of the Flourish model, ensuring it remains responsive to the needs, aspirations and lived experiences of young parents and their children. Working closely with families, communities, practitioners and partners, you will translate insight into action - shaping practical tools, approaches and experiences that strengthen outcomes for families and communities.

This is a part-time (22.5 hours per week), fixed-term contract opportunity based in East Perth until 31 August 2028.
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:
The successful candidate must possess a current National Police Clearance valid within one year, a WA Driver's Licence and a WA Working with Children Check.
