  • Monitoring portfolio KPIs, revenue targets, delivery milestones and resource use, and preparing performance reporting for the CEO, Executive and Board
  • Providing visible leadership to portfolio staff, developing a capable, engaged and sustainable workforce and supporting succession planning
  • Any additional tasks that align with your role and responsibilities as directed by the CEO

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

To be successful in this role, you ideally have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a senior leadership role with responsibility for business development, partnerships, advisory services, operations, delivery or revenue growth
  • Demonstrated ability to work with Indigenous organisations, communities and individuals in culturally appropriate ways
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed teams, including workforce planning, coaching and performance development
  • Experience securing, managing or growing partnerships, funded programs, fee-for-service activity, advisory engagements or philanthropic/government opportunities
