As a Mobile Residential Support Worker, you'll travel to our residential care homes across Cape York to provide short-term support when services need extra capacity. You'll step into established teams to provide day-to-day care for children and young people who need safety, stability and connection.

Flexible part-time and casual opportunities (20–76 hours per fortnight). Tell us what suits you. As a 24/7 service, we offer day, afternoon, overnight and sleepover shifts, with flexible rostering and appropriate breaks between shifts to support your work life balance.
Work opportunities may be available at the following locations:
*Part-time opportunities are offered on a contract basis until 31 December 2026, with possibility of extension subject to ongoing government funding.
You don't need previous residential care experience. You may have supported children, young people or families through work, caring responsibilities, community involvement or lived experience. If you're the right person for the role, we'll provide the training, supervision and ongoing support you need.
