The Australian Community Support Organisation (ACSO) is a vibrant, values driven NFP, focused on partnering with Government and the community to co-design services that create real social change. Our People Experience teams' goal is to attract the best talent and retain them through helping our organisation create a fantastic employee experience. We're looking for someone to cover a period of team parental leave from April 2026- we're seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and results driven People Experience Partner.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on closely partnering with all levels of stakeholders to support them in people management across the employee journey. You will be comfortable operationally supporting leaders but also strategically - no two days are the same! You will also have opportunities to lead new people projects/initiatives because we're constantly improving and adding value.
