Our Client is currently seeking a full time Finance and Business Operations Manager to join their senior leadership team based in Homebush West.

Reporting directly into the CEO, this role manages and oversees Finance, Risk, Reporting, Budgeting & Forecasting for the company. This encompasses the implementation and updating HR policies and contracts.

The Role

This is a newly created role, reporting directly into the CEO.

The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in the strategic financial planning and policy development of current and future services and will work with Senior Stakeholders and the CEO to build the expanding business.

The Candidate

The successful Finance and Operations Manager will ideally have:

• Previous experience in an Business Analyst/ Operations/ HR and Compliance based role with an end-to-end data focus.
• Exposure to the NDIS Portal would be highly desirable.
• Demonstrated high level understanding of budgeting process.
• Financial acumen with ability to act as an effective business partner to financial and operational staff.
• Ability to understand, collate, manage, manipulate and present data including risk mitigation and management.
• A proven ability in utilising and understanding modelling for analytical purposes.
• Demonstrated skills in networking and building collaborative partnerships across a range of sectors and various stakeholders.
• Financial modelling experience advantageous.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have (or be willing to have conducted) a National Police Clearance and current Working with Children Check Clearance.
