Western NSW Primary Health Network (WNSW PHN) is currently seeking a motivated individual who has a passion for primary healthcare and community wellbeing.
The Project Lead will lead the end-to-end delivery of the Project lifecycle, such as the delivery of the Medicare Mental Health Centres in the Far West region, with responsibility across two key domains: project management and health planning.
In the health planning domain, the Project Lead will work closely with the Program Manager to undertake needs assessments, support co-design processes, and contribute to the development of evidence-informed service models. This includes shaping mental health services that are tailored to local community needs, integrating with existing regional systems, and ensuring the program delivers measurable, person-centred outcomes in line with the quintuple aim and national mental health priorities.
The position can be based in any one of our offices including, Dubbo, Orange, Bathurst or Broken Hill.
