This role is responsible for providing accurate and on time payment to all employees. As a Payroll Officer, you will ensure that processes are performed in a timely manner, be the first point of contact for employees for Payroll related queries and assist in complex issues in a professional manner.
As part of a team, you will work in collaboration with other team members to ensure that exceptional service is provided and perform other duties as required to support the Payroll function in its continual improvement.
You have solid payroll experience as well as experience with HRIS systems and processes. An understanding of relevant legislation and multiple complex Awards/Agreements will be a plus.
In your previous experiences, you demonstrated solid ability to meet deadlines and resolve complex payroll issues, with great attention to detail and contributing to team performance.
