The Role
A new exciting opportunity has come for a highly collaborative and data driven individual with strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SMC) and passion for all things digital. You would be responsible for building and deploying high quality focused experiences for donors and championing SMC campaigns. You would also be an in-house expert on SMC, and help drive collaboration, best practice and upskilling as UNICEF Australia undergoes its digital transformation to SMC. Key responsibilities
- Be the driving force in the seamless execution of marketing automation strategies.
- Own the life cycle of our marketing email campaigns, including trafficking, optimisation and ongoing reporting
- Lead collaboration with internal stakeholders in aligning priorities, and delivering to our customers and targets.
- Provide high quality insights and recommendations on regularly reported campaign results
- Harness your experience and collaboration skills in supporting the organisation in its digital transformation to Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Upskill our organisation by conducting marketing automation training sessions and stay on top of marketing automation trends and updates
Selection Criteria
- At least 3 years of digital marketing experience, including with marketing automation platforms - Salesforce Marketing Cloud essential
- Proven track record in developing and executing marketing operation processes to improve productivity and efficiency
- Tech focussed- best practice user in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Marketing Automation (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) Email Certification will be advantageous
- Understanding of Salesforce Social and Ad studio is a plus.
- Understanding of Salesforce CRM and integration with other Salesforce products is also a plus.
- HTML5/CSS and Javascript preferred
- Experience providing insights and campaign optimisations/recommendations
- Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external partners
- Ability to manage multiple projects under time pressure while maintaining strict attention to detail
This role reports to the Head of Digital Fundraising and is a permanent full-time position. The role requires occasional work outside of regular hours.
A competitive salary commensurate with the not for profit sector is offered together with the availability of salary packaging to achieve a tax effective total salary package commensurate with experience.
